Employee: Good morning! Welcome to our head office. I’m glad you could make it. How was your journey?
Client: Thank you! The journey was smooth. I appreciate your warm welcome.
Employee: Excellent. Let me show you to the meeting room. Please follow me.
Employee: Here we are. Please have a seat. Make yourself comfortable. Would you like a coffee or tea before we begin?
Client: That would be great. I’ll have a black coffee, please.
Employee: Here’s your coffee. If you need anything else, feel free to let me know.
Client: Thank you. This is perfect.
Employee: You’re welcome. I hope you’re having a pleasant stay in our city. Have you had the chance to explore any local attractions or try the traditional cuisine?
Client: Yes, I’m really enjoying it here. I’ve visited a few historical landmarks and tried some delicious local dishes.
Employee: That’s wonderful to hear. Our city has so much to offer. If you need any recommendations or assistance during your stay, feel free to ask.
Employee: Before we begin, let me introduce you to some of our team members who will be joining us in the meeting.
Client: That would be great. I’m looking forward to meeting them.
