Small Talk with Company Visitors

Employee: Good morning! Welcome to our company. I’m Alex. How was your flight?
Visitor: Good morning. Thank you for having me. The flight was short and comfortable. No delays, thankfully. I’m happy to finally be here.
Employee: I can imagine. Traveling can be tiring. Are you feeling hungry? We have a cafeteria here, and I can show you around.
Visitor: That’s very kind of you. Yes, I could get a bite to eat.
Employee: So, tell me, how’s the weather back in your country?
Visitor: It’s quite warm and sunny at the moment. I hear Serbia has lovely weather this time of year too. Is that true?
Employee: Yes, you’re in luck. The weather in Belgrade is beautiful right now.
Visitor: That’s wonderful to hear. Speaking of my stay, how is the hotel you recommended? Is it nearby?
Employee: It’s a 5-minute walk from here. I’m sure you’ll find it comfortable and convenient.
Visitor: Perfect. Thank you for your help and hospitality.
Employee: You’re welcome! By the way, what are your initial impressions of Serbia and Belgrade?
Visitor: Well, I’ve only just arrived, but the city seems vibrant and full of history. I’m excited to explore and learn more about the culture. Serbia has always intrigued me.
Employee: I’m glad to hear that. Serbia has a rich cultural heritage. I’m sure your visit will be both productive and enjoyable. Excuse me, I’m going to grab a coffee. I’ll be back in a minute.
